Our complete wellness communications package features nutrition, smoking cessation, and increased physical activity and combines an online health risk assessment per program member.
The package includes an optimal combination of print material and member engagement and support in this two-pronged approach. We will produce an array of print collateral with an objective to increase both physical activity, smoking cessation, healthful lifestyle and eating habits which wraps around a health risk assessment tool, and integrates with chronic disease management, case management, worksite ergonomics improvements, and incentive programs chosen by the company to reflect its corporate culture and values. As employee and family wellness increases and improves, you'll note decreases in absenteeism and increases in productivity. This package is a sustainable, inexpensive and holistic approach to employee health and leads to average returns on investment in the range of 7x.
We'll manage the entire program for you. As part of this package, you will receive all that is necessary from our extensive library of printed materials branded to your company, as well as scheduled distributions throughout the year. Employees will be provided with enough material so as to provide each employee one pedometer; a branded newsletter every six weeks, an activity-tied monthly postcard, and a bi-monthly health guide with recipes, health tips, and tools. We'll maintain the archives of past editions on a website for you that can be used as a web wellness portal. In addition, we will include 20 banner ads, based on the print material featured on the website, and 52 themed weekly emails. All you have to do is provide us with the email when you update employee records each month.
